Dragon Head 2

this is another 'shot' of my dragon, basically because i have a couple of questions..

Do you think i need to do anything else to the horns? they look a bit smooth to me.. and the front two might need to be shrunk down a bit more..

and has anybody got any ideas to help me with the back of the neck?

any other ideas will greatly be appreciated too!
